Please be aware that any made to order product that needs to be ordered specifically in for you or customised to suit your request may not be returned ( Wiring harness, Plug & Play ECUs. Adaptors). Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure the product you are purchasing is correct.
When purchasing products the Details of the customer must match the cardholders details (Name, Address) if the order does not match we have the right to cancel the sale.
EKZ Performance Wiring reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before delivery and for whatever reason. EKZ Performance Wiring may do this for any reason examples below, but not limited to
- EKZ Performance Wiring suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;
- An situation above EKZ Performing Wiring control, such as pandemic, storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that EKZ Performance Wiring is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;
- Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted
