Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return some new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover costs associated with returning the items to the suppliers.

We will pay the return postage costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item) 

Warranty returns which are in question of being faulty by the customer are subject to our inspection and will be forwarded on to our supplier for a full warranty claim. The supplier will determine the validity of the claim. If an immediate substitute part is required, the replacement item plus freight costs will need to be purchased by the customer again until the warranty claim can be fully processed by our supplier. 

Please be aware that any customised product that needs to be ordered specifically in for you may not be returned. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure the product you are purchasing is correct.  

You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the shipping time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to regional destinations.

When you place an order, a fixed price of $20 for shipping will be charged. Local pickup can be arranged we are located in Ipswich QLD contact us to arrange a time.
